Wonderful apartments! We needed something fast and they were able to help us get into an apartment the same day! Super friendly management and great neighbors. It's kept clean and when you need something done, maintenance is quick to be there! We enjoy living here!
Terrible apartment. Management has changed more than twice while I was living there. Made several repair/maintenance requests and they were never addressed. The phone number for management never worked and changed multiple times. Roaches, mold, mice and loud tenants doesn't make a pleasant living space. Walls are ghastly thin and I could hear neighbors just talking normally next door or downstairs/upstairs. not good It has been an utter nightmare living here. Under Divine we did not have a single day where the Covenant of Quiet enjoyment was fulfilled. We had hoped that things would improve when Trinity purchased the property but alas That was not to be. It has been very much the same. There have been multiple attempts to brake into our apartment, constant noise from unruly tenants and trash litters the complex no matter how much good tenants try to clean it up.
