we ordered the free sample, came in looked great, drove to their showroom in Pompano we were shown 6 or 8 travatine tiles from a crate, all is good so we ordered 1600 sq feet of this product. What we received was nothing like what we were shown! Installers had it 1/3 installed before we realized that the product was inferior to what we were shown. Called Ana about this and was told sorry no refunds!! We will never use this company or recommend them to anyone.
