We ordered a headstone from Stone supply on March 26, 2017. We were told they would do all the work themselves. In mid-May when we asked for an update we were told that we ordered a custom cut stone and they take 90-120 days to get. Then in September they told us that the company they first ordered the stone from was not their regular vendor and they were getting nowhere with them so they placed a new order from their regular vendor and the stone should arrive mid-October.
