We really liked the drinks. Gigi explained all the promotions to us, and we were very satisfied with the service!!!
Ordered 3 bags of coffee online. Order arrived January 24, 2025. Two of the bags had best by January 25, 2025 on them. I contacted the company they said “ The stamp date on the bags are a mistake. We never keep inventory on our shelves for that long”. Oh congrats your product is THAT great that you don’t have an inventory problem Yes they did eventually offer a replacement or a refund but come on. People go by dates. I don’t go to the grocery store and by past expired foods.
Wow $7 for a cortado in Gowanus. I assume because it is “tip free” this is built into the price. Shameful.
They're coffee is amazing! I love in Michigan but love their amazing flavors of decaf. I have it shipped every 6 weeks. The subscription is easy and when I accidentally set up two subscriptions they helped me cancel it and refunded it immediately. Their prompt response and attention was amazing. Their customer service is top notch.
