This was the best professional massage I ever had for a nervous system reset. Shoshanna took time to get to know me, was communicative, and used just the amount of pressure I like. If I was sensitive in one spot, she adjusted there, but kept good pressure in other places. Often when I ask for less in one spot a massage turns into a long caress and this wasn't the case. She also really took her time with me. The oil she used smelled amazing. The room felt warm and bright on a dark day. I left feeling so relaxed.
If you haven’t visited Shoshanna for a massage, you are missing out. I see her at least once a month. She is wonderful and the absolute best at her trade. You are relaxed from the time you walk up. She has such a beautiful, peaceful area, complete with a sauna and a swim spa. The outdoor area to sit is so relaxing. She usually does hot stone on me and the Ayurvedic oils and techniques she uses are like no one else I’ve been to. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. She’s the BEST!
I feel like most massage therapists have google reviews such as "best massage ever", and I've never been convinced. I've tried a handful of places in the Triangle, and for the first time, I'll leave a review: this was my "best massage ever". I felt deeply relaxed and revitalized at the same time.
