Scott was a fantastic person to deal with. My experience was a unique one as I was not in need of a home inspection. I submitted an estimate request through a third party website for an insulation quote, which resulted in a very unhelpful phone call with said third party service. I did not need a home inspection based on my home issues, however the third party directed my request to Scott at Stone-South Home Inspection. Scott did a wonderful job on my home inspection. I’m a first time homebuyer and he was very helpful with explaining different issues and what they mean. The report was thorough and easy to understand, it was very helpful to see the issues divided up in terms of severity/risk. Scott was also very flexible with scheduling, and was able to meet a last minute need of mine for a weekend inspection. His prices are also very reasonable!

Scott did a great, thorough job inspecting our home. He was polite and had good customer service. He was always responsive and happy to help whenever I asked any questions. Would recommend 10/10

Scott did an amazing job! He was very thorough down to checking every electrical outlet inside and outside of the house. I met him at the home and he walked me through every aspect of the inspection. In total he spent around 8 hours (6 of those I was with him slowing him down) inspecting the house, guest house and outbuilding. He is a wealth of knowledge and really seemed to enjoy talking me through what he was looking for and common problems or shortcuts he sees often. I would 100% recomend him!!! Scott is very professional. He was on time and very thorough. Any questions that I had he was very informative and patient with me as we walked through the house. If you're looking for an inspector I would recommend him 100%. You will definitely be satisfied with his work!
