Scott was a fantastic person to deal with. My experience was a unique one as I was not in need of a home inspection. I submitted an estimate request through a third party website for an insulation quote, which resulted in a very unhelpful phone call with said third party service. I did not need a home inspection based on my home issues, however the third party directed my request to Scott at Stone-South Home Inspection. Scott was a sincere pleasure to work with. We needed a home inspection for an investment property in a somewhat short time frame and he met the challenge which we highly appreciated. Scott was very fair priced and provided a very detailed high quality report. He also made himself available to answer following up needs and questions. Will be using him for all our properties. Scott did a wonderful job on my home inspection. I’m a first time homebuyer and he was very helpful with explaining different issues and what they mean. The report was thorough and easy to understand, it was very helpful to see the issues divided up in terms of severity/risk. Scott was also very flexible with scheduling, and was able to meet a last minute need of mine for a weekend inspection. His prices are also very reasonable!
Scott is definitely professional in home inspection. He stayed at our place for 5 hours and did a thorough work. He spotted lots of home defects that we didn’t notice. He provided the inspection report immediately after the inspection. The report is excellent. It has 50 pages which listed all the defects, with pictures and videos to support and clearly showing where the defects are. We will definitely work with Scott again for our further home inspection. Highly recommend.
