Used their services with Derek Winik for 2 different inspections, he was very knowledgeable, very kind and helpful, had great tools to do a thorough inspection without moving or damaging anything, and gave an in depth report for documenting and reviewing later. I'd definitely recommend and would use them again if a 3rd inspection were needed!

Derek is great at what he does! the whole process was very easy from booking appointment, to payment, to the home inspection to the report. Great attention to detail! best in the city hands down :)
