Derek's inspection was thorough and he identified some concerns that my realtor and I missed. I also absolutely loved that Stone Script's home inspection goes beyond just problem identification. It also provide a prioritized maintenance map I can follow to prevent costly repairs down the road. This is the fourth home I've owned and Derek's report is the best home inspection I've ever had.
By far the easiest and most responsive company home inspection company I worked with. He went through the house with great detail and very clear he was extremely knowledgeable. He emailed me a full report very quickly, I will be recommending stone script from now on.

When we got to the home inspection Derek started outside (townhouse/condo) and showed us some things that should be taken care of outside and addressed with the Condo board. After we finished outside went into the place and thoroughly went through each room and showed us what he saw or didn’t see and made us feel that our new purchase was 10/10.
