My brother was trying To care for me& found a little furbaby on the road& took her to this PLACE. If you know us, we are the biggest animal lovers there is. He got her trying to save her from getting ran over so took her in there. They were beyond rude. so here i am sick& sad someone dumped a baby& to be treated like pooo for trying to save an innocent baby!!! They should be ashamed.
I absolutely love this vet!! I took both my sick dogs here a couple weeks ago and they were soo nice and helpful! I’ve only been here 1 time but what will make me come back is customer service! They called me to check on my dogs TWICE sent me an email welcoming me AND sent me a personalized card to my house welcoming me and my fur babies to the vet! I received the card just a few days ago I am just absolutely amazed at how they keep you in mind and make you feel special!! I love this vet and will never go anywhere else!!
Dr. Hall and Dr. Pettyjohn are both incredible veterinarians and people. Their level of professionalism and empathy is unmatched in the state of Texas. I Highly Recommend these professionals to anyone and everyone who wants the best care for their pets.
The staff at Stone ridge is full of people who truly care about you and your pets. My dog Toby has been coming here his entire life (10 years) and our cat Lily (3 years old) and we always feel so welcome and loved by the staff. We recently moved further south and there are many veterinary clinics around us, but we feel the drive is worth our time because we know our Toby and Lily are in good hands. The staff is part of our family!
Absolutely loved the care and compassion and thorough treatment for my Lil Man. Some of the quotes were different because of the treatment but it was solved right way with no hidden cost. Dr. Bedroe was kind, caring and looking out for Lil Mans best with no b.s! � All the staff especially Maggie were caring. I've been to other Vets in town and I give Stone Ridge 5 stars all the way!
Dr Bedore gently and caringly tended to the medical needs of one of my hedgehogs. I had sought care previously at another exotic vet which was inconclusive leaving persistent health issue. Heard about this vet from my sister who has a collie with seizures. She found this vet after the previous vet was doing crazy prescriptions. So with my boyfriend and I getting a little fur baby of our own we decided to give them a shot. Upon arriving, shadow and I were warmly greeted and actually placed into an exam room rather quickly.
