Took my 6mo kitten in bc he was having problems with gagging and came to find out he has asthma. While in the office he had a bad asthma attack and just about stopped breathing, I was very beside myself and Dr Kitten and her great staff took Remi back and got him stable on oxygen. This was so scary for me and was an emotional wreck and they stayed calm and collected and saved my Remi!
I need to brag on our vet a little bit. My senior almost 14 year old dog recently had surgery to remove a mast cell tumor. His surgery went great but when he started to come out of the anesthesia, his body started reacting adversely with tremors and spasms. Our vet made quick decisions (medical stuff over my head) and had a tech sit with him full time to monitor him. Beware, this clinic LOST A DOG TODAY. THE TECH DROPPED THE MESH LEASH IN AN UNFENCED AREA. No one from the clinic is helping with finding the dog and they said "Mistakes happen". On top of that, they DID NOT notify the pet parent. They told her when she arrived to pick up her dog. This dog was spayed TODAY!
They were very thorough and explained all my options. I felt very confident in their ability and knowledge in what was the best treatment plan for my dog.
Everyone was exceptionally nice and polite! They seem to truly care about ur pet as well as U, which is number 1 in my book! Think we will have a long relationship with them.
I just want to thank everyone that helped me today! I was running late and called to see if it was still ok to come and you took care of me. I got there and Anna was greeted with tons of kisses and hugs! Everyone there was amazing! Y'all won me over on my very first visit and I definitely will use you as my regular vet. Thank you again ladies! Anna is currently ignoring me for the most part, but not as mad as earlier right after the shot and blood draw lol!
They care, ask questions and really listen to the answers. they recognize pets as family
