This office was recommended to me by a colleague however I called to schedule a new patient appointment and was told they don’t evaluate hair loss?? Which is odd because it was on the website but oh well. Just misleading.
I wish I could give negative rating. I booked this appointment months in advance and received multiple reminders and calls beforehand because the office needed my insurance information. The day before my appointment, I requested to move it by just 15–30 minutes due to a scheduling conflict, but was told that wasn’t possible. Since I had already waited for months, I made sure to arrive on time. My appointment was scheduled for 2:00 PM. I waited over 30 minutes in the lobby and then another 30 minutes in the exam room.
