I had a check up a few weeks ago - and to my dismay, I had a small cavity that Dr. Smith said was getting into the deeper layer and I didn’t really want to wait too long for it to get worse. They were great today. Everything went really quick and smoothly. Debbie is always fantastic and so much fun to see. And Dr. Smith was super thorough. Kim is always super helpful! My son had a last minute conflict with his appointment time and she was so kind and helpful and was even able to fit him in later that day.
I was really pleased with my time with all of you. I've never been to a dental facility where the people are so kind and caring. Doctor Smith talked with me and answered some questions I had. No other dentist has been so kind. I love you guys. You are great.
So professional while also being very warm and friendly. Several options were given for a treatment plan , with enough information given for me to make a decision, which I appreciated. I also appreciated the warm blanket that helped me relax during treatment.
I have really bad dental anxiety. Seeing Dr. Smith completely helped with that. From the second I sat down, he took so much time to walk me through every single step. He never rushed me, explained all my options, and actually talked me through my fears while I was literally shaking in the chair.
