The location is good and dogs are allowed however some tenants are too trifling to pick up their dogs poop. So there is dog poop in the parking lot, the playground, the storage area basically wherever there is grass. Nasty tenants also throw their trash around so there are empty bottles and food containers on the property. Luckily there are no mice and roaches crawling around but its only a matter of time. The rent is affordable is the reason for two stars.
