I have lived here for 7 years and this service has gotten worse and worse by every new management. Also tried suing me for mold even tho it was the upstairs neighbors who’s washer kept breaking and had my apartment soaked in water and mold when I told them to come fix it they came 2 weeks later and only covered the mold with spraying can of white paint
I tried to leave this place behind me . You put us out in 10 days after paying rent . Example : April 1st rent paid April 10th an 10 notice to move out was e-mailed . You've harassed us through e-mails multiple times Sent the 10 day notice to move out every day. We stayed humbled while you tried to push us to the core . As we stayed peaceful , humbled our minds and our hearts , stood still applied to numerous of places . An allowed GOD to intervene. We found a place on the 9th day moved out the 10th day . Imagine lying down in bed and there’s a water bug directly above you on the ceiling! Just a second later after getting out of bed it falls ON MY BED!!!! What if I was asleep? I’ve complained multiple times!!! And these people don’t want to do nothing about it. Let’s not forget about the ones in the exterior of the building. Ridiculous. The exterminator does nothing for these cockroaches
Anthony does an excellent job handling maintenance for my apartment. He’s always friendly, respectful, and easy to talk to. Anytime I put in a request, he shows up quickly and gets it taken care of without any hassle. Jason is also very kind and always shows up promptly when something needs attention. Really appreciate all the hard work they do!
If you don’t want to live with cockroaches, don’t rent here.
