I had previously reviewed stone ridge the day I left, but deleted it due to ongoing issues with my security deposit. The TLDR: The complex itself was full of stray animals, trash and inconsiderate neighbours. My building neighbours often smoked weed, left their dogs on their patio all day, or left their trash on the front porch. Laundry room is covered in lint and dryer sheets, it would go up in seconds if there was a fire. The apartments themselves were okay. When will the laundry room be fixed…it looks terrible and not suitable for anyone to wash their clothes there… And they need security to patrol at night…or put more cameras up..there’s fights or shootings going on a lot now. And it’s very unsafe soo I wouldn’t be surprised if a lot of ppl move out of this place this year…it was fine when I first moved here but I pay too much money here to feel like I’m living in the hood…

I strongly advise anyone considering Stone Ridge Apartments to look elsewhere. My experience here has been a nightmare. The most concerning issue is the pervasive mold and water damage. There are clearly long-standing leaks that have never been properly addressed, leading to visible growth and a constant damp smell in the unit. It’s a serious health hazard that management doesn't seem to take seriously. When you actually need something fixed, the maintenance response is non-existent. I lived here for a year Oct. 2024 to Oct 2025, and it was one of the best apartment experiences I have had. Mantanience was fast, and I never had issuses with managment. I would still be living here had I not bought a house.
