The customer service from the office is unmatched.
Scheduled an appointment for a tour and when I got there both women were very rude. They didn't even bother to ask my name or anything. Said they didn't have any one bedroom apartments available even though it was on their website and Zillow. The blonde hair lady claimed they have no control over taking those down even though I kept checking for days and some had been taken down
This is the most DISGUSTING place I have ever lived. It is FILLED with roaches, and despite multiple documented times telling management they did nothing until I was finally ready to move out, I had to pay hundreds on my own just to try to keep them in check. The pool is rarely open, when it was, it was completely filthy and falling apart. We had constant issues with BLACK MOLD (Which was just wiped away and not completely dealt with, the mold ended up giving me and my boyfriend respiratory issues, which I told to management... read more
