Lived here a number of years, before new owners took over things were ok, not great but ok, now there is no one in office to settle problems in apartments. They state that if you need anything that needs doing in your residence it must be put in writing,, this I did but no action. As I have holes in my ceiling about four months from water leaking upstairs.
