Management issues/trash pick up issues/lawn maintenance issues Will not change carpet after 10yrs occupancy, etc. furniture outside by dumpsters for weeks at a time.
not a good place to live at all! always has gas leak water bug infested I guess they water bugs or coach roaches. Maintenance boys up to no hood and don't do they job at all.
