Awesome complex Can’t say enough great things about the office staff and the maintenance crew. They all go out of their way to always say hi and just all around a great bunch of people. This area is very quiet and I can say it’s they best complex I’ve ever stayed in. Very roomy. Much larger than most apartments in the Tri county region. Love it here
Excellent apartment homes Having lived in this facility for a year, I can say it is an excellent choice for apartment homes! When I planned my move from Green Bay Wisconsin, I looked at many apartment home facilities in the area and although they may have been less costly, many were much older and smelled as such, were less spacious, less maintained, had community laundry facilities in awful conditions, and were located in crowded surroundings. Wonderful apartments I've had nothing but great experiences since moving here. In just the short time I've been here management has made several improvements to the complex's amenities. Never had any problems with excessive noise from neighbors and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. Leasing office staff has always helped me out with a smile, no matter how silly I think my question is. I definitely plan on staying here for a long time! Meh Nice-looking, new apartments in a pretty setting, with some units having beautiful views through their floor-to-ceiling windows. However, these apartments are a cheaply built appearance of luxury—kick plates fell off all the time by themselves, interior paint seemed like some form of chalk, our windows weren’t even sealed, Formica counters, etc. Also, rent is pricey to essentially live in Woonsocket with the vast majority of your amenities at least 5, if not 10, minutes away. Current Resident We have moved in here less than a year ago, I must say, while it is generally quiet and peaceful, there is absolutely no sense of "home" "community" and it just feels like a corporate tenant turnover. I asked the previous property manager about possibly putting in benches outside, or in the entrance ways so that you can sit, chat with neighbors or just enjoy the outside. I was told that "A.R. Great Area The apartments are HUGE! I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment in Montgomery that was under 1000 sq ft. I relocated to Wetumpka and found Chapel Lakes and it has been wonderful! The staff is very hands on and friendly. The grounds are always clean and taken care of. The dog park is a bonus so I can let my 80 pound dog run around, the people that live in my building are very quiet. Couldn't have asked for a better experience so far!
GREAT Apartment!! I have had nothing but great experiences when dealing with this apartment complex. The staff was very helpful when showing me apartments, the application process was seamless and easy! My favorite part is the gym. Great workout equipment and I am able to workout in peace vs going to a bigger gym. I've lived in several different apartment complexes over the years and Chapel Lakes has by far been my best experience!
Very happy I've lived in a few different apartment complexes, and Chapel Lakes is by far my FAVORITE! From the huge bedrooms to the great layout, it's almost like you're not in an apartment at all! The office staff is helpful and prompt. It's in a nice central location to Montgomery, Prattville & Millbrook! If you're in the tricounty area, don't pass up this place!
Great size apartment for the price! I looked around town at alot of apartments and came across Chapel Lakes and the size of the apartment is large in a great area. Very pleased so far. The staff made my transition very smooth.
