The place is really really bad. These are a few of the reasons why: 1. Adminstration fee for $175 - it's not a deposit, so they pocket it no matter what. YOU DON'T GET IT BACK! 2. Roach infested from day one til the end of my lease 3. The manager is never available 4. They didn't give me the apartment that was showed to me. 5. A few months after lease was up I get a letter from a creditor requesting "damage fees" from Stone Ridge 6. Stone Ridge never notified me about "damage fees" 7. i was really disappointed when i moved in to stoneridge apt. the carpet was dirty and stained. it smelled, some electrical plugs didnt work... the a/c is not very good...and the computer room that they have for residents is either close or the internet not working...same for the gym the basketball court always seems to be close....other than that its a very quite place and very friendly people...
