A nice place to live. Still needs a lot of cosmetic work and clean up on the outside of the buildings and landscaping.

We have had numerous issues with our water heater. Finally, Julio and team brought a new one. After it was installed, a leak was discovered and the guys responded right away once again. The leak caused an overspill which soaked the carpet and a “power spiking” blower had to be used for several days. (So our power usage is showing a significant increase in usage so far).
