If I could give the landlord of the property a 0, I would. Stone realty is only a 3rd party company and can do as much as the landlord allows. Just a warning to know what you are getting into prior to renting. Stone realty itself wasn’t a bad company but dealing with the landlord through them is difficult. They gave us a place to lay our heads at night and I am thankful for that but the property itself was very deceiving, if it was taken care of properly it would have been a wonderful place for my family. Ronnie the maintenance man always makes me feel comfortable when he is working on things in my home! He’s always nice and super knowledgeable. Bonus points for being kind to my cat who was curious about what he was doing! (which is super rare my cat is very skiddish) He always fixes everything perfect and goes out of his way to help me with what I need!! 10/10!
Ronnie who is in maintenance has helped us with every need we’ve had, & he’s always done an excellent job! We specifically ask for Ronnie & we are always happy to have his help! He recently fixed a clog in our basement drain which was VERY important because it was affecting our laundry. He worked until it was fixed and we are always confident he will get the job done ! ❤️
