I highly recommend Stone Realty Group. I have lived in C. P. Apt’s for 10 + years now, we have surely had our share of property managers, but I am very happy with this company. When I have an issue with maintenance or just a general concern, they call and text me to inform me what is going on, no waiting at all. I've only talked to them on the phone. I was looking for an apt, and I am on Section 8. I immediately noticed that there were an awful lot from Stone Realty. Which made me think that they're trying to take over. A lot of the apts. listed looked fine. I called about one. The lady on the phone was very nice. She said they only had one property that accepted Section 8. Union Pointe. So, I checked those apts. out online. They looked pretty good. But, then I finally saw where you have to have two times the rent in monthly income.... read more
Ronnie The Maintenance Guy is the real deal! Guy came by and hooked up my water filters, fixed my sink drain, and fixed an electrical outlet that wasn't working. After three hours of trying to fix the outlet, he could have easily left and called it a day, but no. This guy stuck around until he found and fixed the problem. Big thanks to Ronnie and Stone Realty for hiring such a great dude!
