Kim was excellent. She was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. She walked me through every area and was very patient with me even when I asked the same questions. I would highly recommend her to any one moving.
Updated 4/29/2025: After living here for 3 years, this has been my favorite home to date. The maintenance team is on the spot and Kim is an absolute BLESSING. She's always so polite and kind and really warms up the front office. Nick, another leasing agent adds his own blunt charm that will be extremely missed. I moved in here with my husband when we got married, and I could not have asked for a better apartment complex to live in! My husband had lived here for a couple years prior, but the front office staff was very welcoming. Kim always has a smile on her face when I see her and I swear she remembers everyone who lives here when they come in! We didn't have many maintenance issues, but when we did, the maintenance team was always quick to respond and help us out. I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home!!
