Update:5/25/19...over a year later, the living room leak is still not fixed. And now dealing with cleanup for a neighbor leaving a bathroom faucet on. we've had to throw stuff away from it. Nothing we have said needs attention has been fixed. We've been waiting on bathtub knobs for about a month now. We've had a leak weve compained about the while time we've lived here. 4 months ago after a new company took over, they investigated and found termite damage. fix my leak been almost 1year how many times must we ask this rain floods my apt fix it already sheesh.....

I I have lived in stoneranch apartments for five years since it was sold a year ago it has gone to be the Yukon ghetto we never have management here if you need something fixed it will take weeks or months to get fixed if your elderly don't even come here because I will not help you they will not take care of you if you don't have any ac like I haven't for days now in myself forget it FSU that's right you out of their office then that way to be wrong place to come to do not do not rent here.
