I lived there for several 7 years, and out of nowhere they gave me a Notice for Essential Renovations and I had really less than 2 months to leave. I wasn't offered another apartment to move into nor renewing my lease. I paid my rent on time I don't bother anybody.i stay to myself. Thank God I have family here. This is when all the apartments prices increased. I'm on disability income. Plus there was a lot of work needed to be done even while living there. I been told how office staff share tenants business. Plus they tell each tenant something different. I once loved it here. I like the security but the parking sucks.
gate is ALWAYS broken - very unsafe- they move trash from the front dumpster to the back , so people can see the front dumpster with trash, they go up on rent in the middle of a lease 100+, holes in the walls from maintenance incomplete work , clubhouse hasn’t been open in 10 years (it’s just for show) ,pool stays closed all summer (it’s just for show) .

I had a water leak on Sunday and called the answering service to report it after two inch water through out my apart ment the broken pipe is still running and 4 days later still no help the heat was out so I went to hotel for my safety I'm 76 years old it's 7 degrees now 5 days my furniture is damaged and still no one has came. if they had come and and turned the water off my furniture and the apartment would not have been damaged and the pipe thats broke is still through my apartmrnts I called sunday. now it's wensday I cal... read more
