I lived there for several 7 years, and out of nowhere they gave me a Notice for Essential Renovations and I had really less than 2 months to leave. I wasn't offered another apartment to move into nor renewing my lease. I paid my rent on time I don't bother anybody.i stay to myself. Thank God I have family here. This is when all the apartments prices increased. I'm on disability income. Plus there was a lot of work needed to be done even while living there. I been told how office staff share tenants business. Plus they tell each tenant something different. I once loved it here. I like the security but the parking sucks.
gate is ALWAYS broken - very unsafe- they move trash from the front dumpster to the back , so people can see the front dumpster with trash, they go up on rent in the middle of a lease 100+, holes in the walls from maintenance incomplete work , clubhouse hasn’t been open in 10 years (it’s just for show) ,pool stays closed all summer (it’s just for show) .
IS A GOOD PLACE FOR ME, GABY THE MANAGER IS VERY NICE PERSON
