I bought few boxes from theses"pros" but I would classify them as a clowns! I got the material I paid for home and found it damaged scratched and broken. After being blown off by all the people on the phone I asked to speak to the manager who blamed me for damaging them. Don't buy from these shady shysters !
My husband and I had an excellent experience in working with Stone Pro for the stone on our new home. We did however feel for the employee that was dealing with an irate customer over a return she wanted to make. They made it very clear to us along with everyone else we heard purchase that all sales are final and that they did not offer exchanges or returns under any circumstance.
