This place is a joke. The manager doesn't care about anything except a paycheck. She doesn't live on the property, and it reflects in her attitude. People sign a lease and have others move in with them. There is consistent drug activity. The manager is well aware of the problems that go on yet does nothing to change it. If you complain about the noise, the drug traffic, people ripping off the community by living in income based housing yet having others with income move in, lease violations, etc, you are know as a trouble ma... read more
Managers are unprofessional in dress attire as well as attitude. Managers are not in the office during posted business hours. The office is cluttered and filthy.
these apartments do not look like this at all... I drove all the way from Lafayette, la to see what was supposed to be a lovely apartment and it looks like I had went into the lower ninth ward of new Orleans. Google earth that!!!!!
Adulteress Haven!!! The management at these apartments allow their tenants to carry on Adulteress Affairs, and when the spouse parks in a vacant parking space and remains in their vehicle to obtain photo's and/or video's to use in court, the management puts the spouse on a Trespass Notice!!!! This is a place for low life scum!
I currently live here and i have now for about a year, and i have had nothing but problems. Lazy people, who care about nothing and almost killed my dog.
I would not recommend anyone to move in these apartments. I have been here for 2 months and can't wait for my lease to be up. The office workers are so unprofessional. Only been here 2 months and have placed atleast 10 maintenance requests. They also rented me an apartment without a A/C unit. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!
The landlord sucks I been there 3 years they all n ur fix an every thing.
I would not recommend anyone to live here. I've just recently put a deposit down for an apartment there and i wish i hadnt. The outside of the apartments look horrible to me. The staffing there are very rude and unproffessional. I was told i'd be able to move in a certain date and every day they come up with an excuse of why i can't move in nor will they give me my key, and i havent even seen what my apartment looks like yet!
