The staff is very kind, professional and efficient. Kathy Pettke is awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone I know.
So far our experience with Stone Point has been wonderful, Kathy the property manager has been phenomenal and beyond accommodating to us and our needs. The application process was so easy and quick and everything laid out so nicely so there was no confusion and Kathy was able to answer any questions we did have. Racist, unethical, etc. worst place me and my family ever lived at. They take absolutely no accountability for their staff. We lived there for 18 months and it was a nightmare. So much of a nightmare that I had to seek counseling due to the discrimination and unethical practices this company displays. I wouldn’t give this place 1 star.
Living in these residences is feeling tranquility and security. 100% recommended
I have been living here for a few months now and I can say that Kathy is efficient, she will always be there to help you with whatever you need. The maintenance employees are always working proactively. During the snow season they worked hard every time to keep everything clean and clear. This is a peaceful place to live.
