Stone Point offered the first home for my fiancé and I for the past 2 years. Lots of memories were created here. We even adopted two cats during our stay! While the buildings are old, the character and community makes it wonderful. Maintenence is always so helpful! Kathy is wonderful and always replies thourally to everything. We highly recommend the place to others!
The staff is very kind, professional and efficient. Kathy Pettke is awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone I know.
So far our experience with Stone Point has been wonderful, Kathy the property manager has been phenomenal and beyond accommodating to us and our needs. The application process was so easy and quick and everything laid out so nicely so there was no confusion and Kathy was able to answer any questions we did have. The fact that she’s lived in this community for over 20 years and her personality and attitude have given us the best feeling we’ve ever had in all of our years renting from various property owner. Racist, unethical, etc. worst place me and my family ever lived at. They take absolutely no accountability for their staff. We lived there for 18 months and it was a nightmare. So much of a nightmare that I had to seek counseling due to the discrimination and unethical practices this company displays. I wouldn’t give this place 1 star.
Living in these residences is feeling tranquility and security. 100% recommended
