The maintenance team is efficient- any requests I've submitted have been handled promptly and professionally. It's a relief to know that any issues will be addressed quickly The office staff deserves special mention as well. Kathy, in the leasing office, was extremely responsive and helpful, even when she was on vacation!!! Her communication and warm energy made moving so much more comfortable and positive. I appreciate the great start and look forward to this new community I am being welcomed into. Thanks!
The apartments are beautiful, definitely well taken care of. Basement is painted with no eerie feeling, tons of space and machines like new. Kathy is super helpful and sweet, she manages this property with love and care, and it shows!
Excellent and friendly staff. Literally the only place that called me when I reached out on the website for information. Right off a bike trail in a good community. However, I have a rather unpleasant neighbor. She sits at her window to tell people to stay off "her" walk, has NEVER made the effort to talk to me personally, and I'm not going out of my way to talk to her either.
