I have been living here for a few months now and I can say that Kathy is efficient, she will always be there to help you with whatever you need. The maintenance employees are always working proactively. During the snow season they worked hard every time to keep everything clean and clear. This is a peaceful place to live.
I moved in a few months ago and I can say that Stone Point was the best decision! My family and I love our apartment. If someone asked me what I would improve about this place, I would say that the cleaning of the washing machines could be better. But everything else is perfect. The maintenance team is very efficient, and Kathy is very kind and attentive!
I’ve been living in the Stonepoint apartment complex since 2004…That should be all you need to know.That’s 20 years of living in a great and safe community.My oven went kaput and immediately received a brand new stove AAAND refrigerator!!! Awesome right? I’d also like to add that my property manager is one awesome chick!! Thanks for everything Kathy!! It's an older apartment complex but it has lots of character. The management and maintenance staff are great to work with. I’ve lived in a 2 bedroom and townhome and Kathy and the maintenance staff continue to do great work. Any issue I’ve had has been handled quickly and professionally. Even when I state it’s not anything urgent (couldn’t figure out how to open a light fixture). Another thing I enjoy is the space between the buildings. And all the buildings aren’t right next to the parking lot. It’s a great place to live
