I visited the Stone Plus in Bunnell on 10/21/25 looking for stones for my backyard pond. Everyone was so helpful and attentive without being overly so. I had such a nice experience picking the stones out. It felt almost zen-like. Cynthia and Brandon were especially helpful and thoughtful throughout my choosing process. I ended up purchasing 184lbs of stones. I am happy to report that my natural pond is flourishing! It has been 6+ weeks and the pond has naturally cycled with all levels in the safe ranges. So, after I posted the review below, the owner called me and is trying to resolve my issues. That tells me that this is a good company. People make mistakes. How they handle those mistakes tells me who they are. Thank you Derek. Very disappointed. Ordered Colorado river jack stone because I wanted blues (pg 5 from the catalog). Instead I received reds and all dark colors. When we called to ask if a mistake was made, we were told that our eyes can see things differently. No sorry or how can we make this right.
