SCAMMERS!!!!! I had a very disappointing experience with Coldwell Banker D'Ann Harper, REALTORS, specifically with their listings in Alamo Heights. The process felt like a complete scam. I called about a property and was kept on the phone for 30 minutes while they described details I could already see in the listing. They also laid out a long list of fees, only to inform me at the very end that they wouldn’t even show the property unless I submitted an application with a $70 fee upfront.
