I worked with Harper Property Management with a home I was going from renting to buying from the owners. The owners changed agents once the lease was coming to an end from another company over to a Coldwell Banker realtor. Our purchase agreement ended up falling through as the new agent took off all items I requested for the sale (3 minimal items) and said that the owners did not want to pay me a commission since I was my own acting realtor for this sale.
