I was diagnosed with Shingles at a medical clinic in the morning & because they were on the right side of my face, they strongly suggested I see an Ophthalmologist as soon as possible. Letty Cruz at the call center was awesome & got me an appointment with Dr. Rowden within 2 hours. Luckily, no issues with the eyes & follow up in a week . Overall great experience. Went to see Dr. Teresa Whitney today. Service was fantastic, got in right away. She diagnosed me with Bilateral Viral Conjunctivitis. Paid my $80. And unfortunately, that’s where the good patient care stopped. Their office closed today at 12:30pm for Good Friday and my prescription for steroids wasn’t called in. Their answering service has told me 4 different times that prescription refills are non-emergent and they will get back to me on Monday (today is Thursday). I won’t be going back, EVER.
I definitely trust Dr. Young with something as important as my eyes and my vision.
