TL:DR Fran was rude and her customer service was tragically below the bare minimum I have come to expect at this location. Fran, was very rude straight from the beginning. I pulled my car up to the service center and Fran waved me in. She didn't greet me and and begin asking me "what are you getting done today" in a very harsh tone.
