Needs better maintenance and less inspection and more of a proper notice when it comes to owner inspections. The maintenance worker just walks around and doesn't do any orders until 1 month in advance after putting one in. And he just sits there and talk all day to tenants and sometimes go inside tenants homes which I assume buddies or people of interest to him.
