I love Stone Mountain Park!! It is my favorite place to go for my runs, but I also take my granddaughter to the children's playground there. It's so beautiful there this time of the year. I love it there.

Great place - lots of stuff to do at only the cost of parking for most of it. Trails to hike, climb the rock for a great view, relax by the lake, picnic, bike, little amusement park, go to the laser show, kayak, etc.

A lot of it was geared toward small children and we kept finding restaurant after restaurant closed which limited the choices but it was a good day trip with a beautiful view

Expensive, they charge for parking now. Make sure you eat and bring your own drinks in. $3.99 of a bottled water and $5.99 of a cup of coke. The park is very nice though

I frequent the park to climb Stone Mountain with a fitness group I'm a part of. I've never come for fireworks or laser shows because I know it will be over crowded. Use your best judgement and you'll have a great time.
