Great hike up Stone Mountain (gondola available if you don't want to hike). Great views of ATL. Worth checking out.

Absolutely love this place! Awesome place to spend a relaxing day with the family. My children and I have been going to Stone Mountain for years. We have hiked all the trails, I couldn't even tell you how many times we've been up and down the mountain, we've packed in picnics on some of the back trails and watched the wildlife. I've basically watched my children grow up there. We we're coming when there was nothing but the little zoo and train, and my babies have grown up with you, and they now bring their loved ones.
