My family has been numerous times and everything is closed every time. We will not be going back

Had a great time. There is plenty to do with the family. The only complaints are that food prices are outrageous. $7.49 for a funnel cake! $3.50 for a Coke. Also, crown management nerds some work. Cue lines are non existent or poorly routed or managed in many cases. If those two things were different, this review would be 5 stars.
Es el parque más desorganizado que e visto ,el personal muy mal informado definitivamente nada como la organización en Disney.
Had a pleasant experience. There were some problems with the snow tubing the morning of our visit as only one or two lanes were open, hence 4-stars overall. Otherwise, we can't complain about our visit. The staff were wonderful, the shows were great and the wait times weren't nearly as bad I had expected. We'll already planning a return trip next Christmas!
This was our first visit and we had a blast! The Christmas lights were beautiful and the shows were really good!
