RecommendedI would give them 10 of 5 stars if it was possible. Excellent craftsmanship, incredible customer service, and beautiful products. My mantel looks even better than I imagined! We love it! Stone Mountain was very easy to work with and from other similar products I looked at, their prices were extremely reasonable, too. Would definitely recommend ordering from them!
Ruthie and everyone I corresponded with were prompt, thorough, and helpful through the whole design process. Even after I received my beautiful mantel, Ruthie was responsive with my questions. I highly recommend this quality company.
I DO NOT recommend this company. They are unprofessional and lack the knowledge to do their job. I ordered a mantle, an over mantel, and a hearth. Lauriann, the manager, failed to hire a delivery company that was capable of delivering the items and removing them from the truck and into my garage. To add insult to injury, they’re trying to make me responsible for their error, and have suggested that I be responsible for the bill to rehire a delivery company that can redeliver the mantel and have it removed. I’ve got to be honest living in NC and ordering something custom built from Utah was a little daunting but searching locally I could not find anything to match price or quality. when the finished product arrived and was installed by local builder I was over the moon it is for sure a timeless classic that will fit any room design and we are super happy with the finished product! I cannot confirm nor deny that I may had drove Zach at Stone Mountain a little crazy with my emails I may owe him an apology �
