I would recommend calling before applying and paying for anything! There was and are currently 2 listings for 3 bedrooms they have “available” which is falsely being advertised because the following day of us applying, they emailed me and asked me how many beds I wanted and I let them know I clicked the link and applied for the 3 bedroom 2 bath, paid $100 for the app fee and they informed me that they only have 2 bedrooms available right now.
