Since the new staff took over much better Christine goes beyond what she has to gave me faith
Please save yourself before looking further into this apartment. I cannot stress enough how poorly run this establishment is, with a lack of communication, refusal to give clients their unit number and lease before expecting them to sign it on the spot, scheduled appointments missed where the office was closed and locked, with many other examples. Please save yourself the stress and aggravation of trying to rent a place here.
TL;DR - NO ONE FROM THE LEASING OFFICE SHOWED UP FOR OUR SCHEDULED TOUR EVEN THOUGH THE OFFICE REACHED OUT THREE TIMES TO CONFIRM OUR SHOWING. If you’re looking to move to Lancaster from out of state DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!!! They will schedule you a time to visit and apartment (which look incredibly nice on Zillow/apartments.com) and then no one will show up for your tour!
