We have lived here for over a year now and while there have been quite a few issues that were either unexpected and unwelcome, we are mostly satisfied with the experience. Yes, there is a lot that needs to change, a lot that needs to be fixed, and the ownership needs to learn to take a lot more pride in their property. Giving 1 star but I really want to give -1 This place is infested, mold, roaches you name it . Lived here through the pandemic I would have rather slept in my car, I swear if you live here get out. Nothing is up to code. It's such a shame it's a nice neighborhood but the building itself should be torn down and rebuilt somewhere other than there
We were told that we could come to tour an apartment a few weeks ago. They left a message the morning of our tour asking if were still coming. We drove an hour and fifteen minutes through traffic and snow just to get there and have them tell us they actually didn't have any apartments for us to tour. No apologies, no effort to reschedule tour, just a giant waste of time. We've called and left messages over the last two weeks, and not a single person has gotten back to us. Lived here almost three years. I moved in after a difficult time in my life. I need the property manager, Theresa to know how much all of her kindness and hard work is appreciated. I can only imagine the stress level of 1,000 people pulling at you every day. Yet, she's always kind, prompt, composed and professional. I have nothing to complain about. I notice the building looks much better and cleaner. Ashley is a hard worker and does and amazing job.
