Roaches!!! The apartment buildings are infested with roaches!! My boyfriend lives here and has had an exterminator at his unit 3 times and they never get rid of them because the actual apartment buildings themselves are where they’re coming from. He has contacted the apartment manager Caroline many times via phone and email. She continues to claim the exterminator is coming to solve the problem but the problem never gets solved. Absolutely disgusting, had to move due to black mold. Please be warned whoever is staying in number 1417 #4 your unit is infested with black mold. Photos included. Please avoid the manager CAROLYN BOSS. Absolute slumlords who only raise rent and allow filith and the cockroaches to endure.
