We cancelled our order. It took extremely too long to get any work done - if one person is out - it seems the whole place shuts down.
I started this process through Home Depot six weeks ago with a promise of 2-3 weeks start to finish. My check has been cashed now for four weeks through Stone Interiors. I finally called them and the receptionist/clerk Kim is very rude, she responded with sarcasm with every question that I asked. Katie is more helpful, but did tell me "They'll get it fabricated and call you with an install date." Where has any semblance of customer service disappeared to? Some of The installers were rude, they didn’t come when they said they would, when they came they said pieces had to be cut when we had been told no cuts were necessary. Calls were not returned timely. They were very slow to install after measurements taken. If you have options- you should avail yourself of them. I have never written a bad review of a company before but this company did not represent itself well for my project.
Was subcontracted a job through Home Depot. Date of promised install not met by company. Communication had to be initiated and notice of dissatisfaction with delay escalated to get install completed. Furthermore sink was taken off site and misplaced by company subsequently a claim has been filed through Home Depot . Update as of 7/2/24 Home Depot referred me to their 3rd party claims department Sedgwick Claims. After weeks of passive follow up from Sedgwick Claims they relied on the statement from nolastone.
