We cancelled our order. It took extremely too long to get any work done - if one person is out - it seems the whole place shuts down.
I started this process through Home Depot six weeks ago with a promise of 2-3 weeks start to finish. My check has been cashed now for four weeks through Stone Interiors. I finally called them and the receptionist/clerk Kim is very rude, she responded with sarcasm with every question that I asked. Katie is more helpful, but did tell me "They'll get it fabricated and call you with an install date." Where has any semblance of customer service disappeared to?
