Some of The installers were rude, they didn’t come when they said they would, when they came they said pieces had to be cut when we had been told no cuts were necessary. Calls were not returned timely. They were very slow to install after measurements taken. If you have options- you should avail yourself of them. I have never written a bad review of a company before but this company did not represent itself well for my project.
Was subcontracted a job through Home Depot. Date of promised install not met by company. Communication had to be initiated and notice of dissatisfaction with delay escalated to get install completed. Furthermore sink was taken off site and misplaced by company subsequently a claim has been filed through Home Depot . Update as of 7/2/24 Home Depot referred me to their 3rd party claims department Sedgwick Claims. After weeks of passive follow up from Sedgwick Claims they relied on the statement from nolastone.
