On my dad's recommendation I contacted them when I renovated a bathroom and they delivered. Very affordable remnant that looks stunning in my small-ish bathroom!
I've used them many times for different types of installations for both rental homes and my own home. I've always been able to either find a great leftover piece that would fit my needs, or custom order a slab to have them fabricate it. They're easily accessible, mostly show up on time and if not they contacted me and gave me a different time frame. I'm very satisfied, both with their pricing as with their service from start to finish.
My sister had countertops installed a couple years back and they did a great job at a reasonable price. However, I am now in my second week of trying to contact them, access the showroom or at least get someone to answer the phone. I've shown up to locked doors during business hours and a salesman who won't show up until an hour after closing. They might do good work, but I wouldn't know because they're front end is horrible. At this point, I wouldn't be comfortable giving them money and expecting a timely installation.
