We had her install quartzite countertops throughout our house and immediately had moisture build up inside the stone due to prep of the stone. when we contacted her to address the issue it was dismissed and wouldnt even come look at the counters to evaluate the issue. Hired another contractor to come draw out the moisture and seal the stone like it should have been. Issues happen in construction but totally washing your hands of it without even spending the time to evaluate is just bad business. RUN!

I’m so grateful the universe led me to Stone Impressions. David and the install team were absolutely fantastic — professional, patient, and they answered every question I had. I highly recommend Stone Impressions for countertop fabrication and installation. Miriam was extremely responsive throughout the process, and their pricing was competitive with other bids we received. They carefully removed our existing granite without any issues, allowing us to repurpose it for an outdoor kitchen. The entire experience... read more
Miriam and her team installed a granite countertop for a utility sink in my home. Overall they did a very professional job. Very polite crew as well and Miriam was very responsive. I would definitely recommend them.
