HORRIBLE PLACE EVER! First all they never had a RENTAL LICENSE FOR 8 months so they were illegally taking money from renters also didn’t have air for a whole year mold in the bathroom they had maintenance just come spray it over with more white paint and the mold came back! Also they have their own maintenance stealing air conditioners and tryna blame it on other people!

You get what you pay for the say. Stay Away from this place if you have a car, there is a wave of break-in the cars, it's a really bad area. Got my plates (front and back) stolen and also got my car towed in less than 24hs due to policies (you can't have a car parked without plates in the parking lot even tho they got STOLEN) had to pay $350 to get my car back and the very next month got my driver's side window broken, got everything stolen from my car and managment will do nothing to avoid theft (no cameras in the parking l... read more
I’ve been here for 3 years. It was ok until new management/owners stepped in. The maintenance workers are rude. The lady who answers the phone act like she don’t like her job. Mice are a problem. They don’t come the day you ask for maintenance to come fix whatever that need to be fix. They paint everything just to say it’s brand new. The appliance are old. Cabinets are old.
