This hotel is not worth the money. First night I was lucky enough to hear on one end a man screaming on the phone for two hours. Then around 4:45 two ladies got in and decided to chat for an hour about their evening. Which I got to hear the entire conversation. Noticed in the morning that I had slept in stained gross sheets. Requested cleaning , but when I got back nothing was done. Called front desk to ask for a sheet and was told if I wanted one I could come down. Very nice, staff was exceptional
The hotel is comfortable. The staff is friendly. The room was cleans and the bed and pillows were above average. That being said. The rooms only are attended to every three days! When checking out I was asked to tip the staff. Other then when checking in the staff did nothing for my stay. I needed to extend my stay by two days due to a death in the family. The room rate went from 90.00 per night to 400.00 per night because of a special event weekend at KU! No thank you!
