Terrible experience with this builder called Rivermoore Partners. Stay away from them. We bought a brand new home at Stone Haven which has a lot of issues until today. Two bathtubs cracked on their own within a month and they said it was not covered - cheap materials. They claim you have a one year warranty but did not fix a lot of our issues within that time frame. Many faulty designs in the house.
