I have been a resident here since January, and I am extremely disappointed with how management has handled a serious maintenance issue. Due to water damage from a leaking sprinkler, my wall has been torn out, leaving visible holes and unsafe living conditions. I have also been without air/AC, and the conditions in my unit have led to issues such as water bugs. This is not a habitable environment.
