I've lived here for over 5 years no and this is the worst management of the pass 5. Management is terrible rude to tenants. Will not complete maintenance request. Get paid every month for pest control but won't send anybody out to spray. Has molded an apartment and just sprays over it with spray paint
Moved in and started out weird but it was a place to live. Couple months in and I started to smell weed so I asked the manager and she said no one is supposed to be smoking anything. I told her where I thought it was coming from and she called me a liar and told me that no one lived in that unit. Well there turned out to be a squatter in that unit smoking weed. This complex is full of mold, bugs, and smokers. If you don't want to smell cigarettes in your apartment at all times, DO NOT LIVE HERE! They will not stop people from smoking, and just seem to paint over every problem they have. The trash outside also builds up really bad, the police have been here so many times since living here, we hear fights in the parking lot or g** shots often. I have been a resident here since January, and I am extremely disappointed with how management has handled a serious maintenance issue. Due to water damage from a leaking sprinkler, my wall has been torn out, leaving visible holes and unsafe living conditions. I have also been without air/AC, and the conditions in my unit have led to issues such as water bugs. This is not a habitable environment.
