I was ready to rip out my travertine kitchen floor! Holes, scratches, dull. Fortunately i called Franko. He brought them back from the dead and they look like the day they were installed. Don't be fooled about the difference between just cleaning and sealing your stone floors. He has the equipment and know how to do it right!
STONE FLOOR USA did an excellent job of cleaning and polishing our Travertine and bringing out the original beauty of the stone after 10 years of daily use. The crew are professional and courteous. I would recommend them in a heart beat.
Our marble bathrooms were in dire need of polishing and sealing. Franco provided a quote and was able to start the next day. He completed both bathrooms in one day. The professionalism and expertise that he has is amazing. He suggested cleaning solutions and tools to maintain the brilliance of the marble. Both Franco and Hernan were very tidy and cleaned up after the polishing and sealant. They took care to tape up and protect our wood floors and cabinetry.
I called this company because of the reviews and finally they never show up. No even answer my texts. I can't recommend this company.
Franco, his son and another couldn’t have been more wonderful to deal with. They are the last of the true professionals!…They are courteous, hard working and most trustworthy. That’s the qualities that I look for in someone doing something in my home. They spent a great deal of time bringing 3 floors back to looking brand new again.
