Worst Experience Ever! Absolutely THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ever! I submitted two Pioneer DJ CD Players to this sad excuse for a repair facility at the recommendation of the manufacturer. Both units were giving error codes and the repair process should have been fairly straightforward.
