DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I received a gift from a friend for Christmas last year and wanted to get her the same thing for her birthday. It was a wine glass with coordinates on it. I could not get the coordinates to work on the website (most likely my error) so I contacted the company. I needed the glass soon. So, I sent a picture and bam.....I received the glass yesterday!
