Our experience with Stone Dynamics was great! Communication was A+ from scheduling to installation. The installation went smoothly and our countertops look amazing. Stone Dynamics was professional at every step. We were very surprised with the quick turnaround time as we had picked out our quartz and had it installed within a few weeks. Great job!
The ONLY problem I had throughout this installation was that Lowes gave Stone Dynamics an incorrect email address for me so that delayed everything by about a month. Fortunately there was no rush with anything. The installers arrived early, were very nice and easy to talk with and did an absolutely perfect job. They were neat and clean and very professional. Just wanted you and your team to know how much I love my new countertop and back splashes! They came out so pretty!!! And I like the black Karan sink. I think it might be a bit bigger than the one on your floor. The layout is beautiful. Great job in the shop. The seams just disappear. Outlets perfectly cut and the window trim cut was well done so didn’t have to remove it to fit the 6” backsplash. Horrible Management!! My advice is pay attention to all the 1 star and negative reviews. We recently hired this company for a granite countertop installation. While the final product is satisfactory, the process leading up to it left much to be desired. Once you pay, yes you pay in full before an installation date can be scheduled they become unhelpful, unfriendly and rude. You are at their mercy. Placed an order through Lowes and received excellent service from Stone Dynamics. Awesome communication from Sarah and Shasta and the installer was very professional and done an excellent job. Makie sure you look at the image they send for your final approval really good. I was wanting an undermount sink and the image I agreed upon had the sink as a drop in . No fault if theirs and I still ove my granitecounter tops,
