I never even got the chance to live here. My husband was working for a facility in Kingsport, and we intended to move to Johnson City. We started looking in January for a property. I heard about this place and called. They had a unit coming available on 3-31-2022. I paid the $300 waiting list fee to hold the unit. Today, on 3-3-2022, 28 days before the unit would even be available, I called to tell them that my husband's work had been transferred and we were no longer going to need the unit.
