At first glance, this apartment complex was perfect. Appeared to be much nicer than other areas in Mount Pleasant and the staff seemed very friendly. I lived there for about two years with no problems until I got mold in my apartment. All of a sudden, they turned into slumlords. I was blamed for the mold that was growing all over my three bedroom apartment because one of the rooms had a humidifier.
